About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of tollisonlaw.com, related online services, and the Tollison & Webb text-messaging program described below. By using the website or those services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

These Terms do not create an attorney-client relationship, define the scope of any legal representation, or replace an engagement agreement. If the firm agrees to represent you, the written engagement agreement will control that relationship.

General Information, Not Legal Advice

The website provides general information and is not legal advice. The law changes, and information on the website may be incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to your circumstances. Do not act or refrain from acting based only on information found here. Our Website Disclaimer contains additional information about contacting the firm, deadlines, prior results, and attorney advertising.

Contacting the Firm and Online Intake

Calling or emailing the firm, submitting a website form, completing an intake questionnaire, or participating in an initial consultation does not by itself mean that the firm represents you or has agreed to protect a deadline. The firm must complete its review and confirm any representation in writing.

Do not use the website or ordinary email to send original documents, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, or other unrequested sensitive information unless the firm specifically asks you to use a designated secure method. Do not rely on a website submission or electronic message for an emergency or an imminent deadline. Call (662) 234-7070 and identify the deadline.

Permitted Use

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its text, design, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content belong to Tollison & Webb P.A. or are used with permission. You may view, download, or print reasonable portions for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may link to or use services operated by third parties, including Tabs3 CRM, mapping, analytics, scheduling, and communications providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Tollison & Webb P.A. does not control an outside website merely because this website links to it.

Text Messaging Terms

Program: Tollison & Webb Intake Texts.

If you expressly opt in, Tollison & Webb P.A. may send recurring automated SMS or MMS messages concerning your inquiry, intake questionnaires, consultations, appointments, and administrative follow-up concerning your inquiry or matter. We will not use this consent to send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of hiring the firm or receiving legal services. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you may receive one confirmation message, and no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also revoke consent by calling (662) 234-7070 or emailing info@tollisonlaw.com. The firm may still respond by email or live telephone where requested or otherwise permitted.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and will notify the firm if that number changes. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not send substantive confidential or time-sensitive information by SMS; use any secure method the firm provides.

Our handling of mobile numbers and SMS consent information is described in the firm’s Privacy Policy.

Website Availability and Disclaimers

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice. Although we try to keep the website accurate and available, we do not promise that it will always be current, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tollison & Webb P.A. and its attorneys, employees, and contractors will not be liable for losses arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or an outside website linked from it. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not alter any duty arising from an attorney-client relationship or written engagement agreement.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the website and related communications, how we use and disclose it, and the choices that may be available to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the website, our services, or applicable requirements change. The revised Terms will apply when posted, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. A revision will not broaden previously granted text-message consent; we will request additional consent when required.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Mississippi law to the extent permitted by applicable law, without altering any professional obligation, engagement agreement, or right that cannot lawfully be limited.
