Taylor H. Webb joined the firm in 2012. While his practice covers almost every area of law, he primarily advises businesses across various industries on business transactions and represents them in complex commercial litigation, often involving multi-million dollar disputes.
In addition to his commercial practice, Taylor routinely represents clients regarding various personal injury matters and defends clients against felony and misdemeanor charges in federal and state courts.
Taylor co-founded Circle & Square Brewing and manages its legal affairs. He is a past president of the Lafayette County Bar Association and serves on the Technology Committee of the Mississippi Bar Association. He serves on the boards of Magnolia Montessori School and the Tutwiler Community Education Center and is a commissioner on Oxford’s Courthouse Square Historic Preservation Commission. Taylor is also an adjunct professor at the University of Mississippi School of Law.
Taylor and his wife, Catherine Servati, live in Oxford with their two children, Frances and Porter, and spend most of their free time trying to keep up with them. You can also find him at almost any Ole Miss sporting event or watching soccer at the brewery.
