About

Tollison & Webb P.A. traces its roots to the late 1970s, when Grady F. Tollison Jr. opened the firm’s Oxford office after relocating from Clarksdale to establish a presence in North Mississippi. Over the decades that followed, the firm grew into one of the most storied practices in the region, operating under several names as its membership evolved and expanded. Through each iteration, it has maintained a consistent reputation for serious, skilled legal representation across a broad range of practice areas.
The firm’s history is perhaps best measured by the distinction of the lawyers who have called it home. An extraordinary number of North Mississippi’s most accomplished attorneys have been members of the firm at some point in their careers. Among them are attorneys who went on to serve as federal judges, presidents of the Mississippi Bar, deans of the University of Mississippi School of Law, law professors, and general counsel for major organizations, as well as many who went on to found their own firms. Few law practices in Mississippi can claim a comparable alumni record, and that legacy reflects both the quality of the lawyers the firm has attracted and the depth of the legal tradition it represents.
Today, Tollison & Webb P.A. continues that tradition under the leadership of its current attorneys, who bring the same commitment to preparation, integrity, and results that has defined the firm since its founding. We handle a broad range of matters for individuals, families, and businesses throughout North Mississippi and statewide, from criminal defense and personal injury to estate planning, family law, business services, and real estate litigation. We have litigated cases through the trial courts and on appeal, including matters involving questions of first impression before the Mississippi Supreme Court and the Mississippi Court of Appeals, and have prevailed in many of them.
Our office is located in the Thompson House on the historic Square in Oxford, Mississippi. We offer free initial consultations by phone. To speak with an attorney about your matter, call (662) 234-7070 or contact us online.
